Riverfront Corporate Park

This 48-acre industrial site is located adjacent to the Puyallup River.  The project included 2 buildings totaling over 800,000 SF of manufacturing and distribution space.  We provided turnkey site development for the overall site and the building construction.

Onsite soil amendment was utilized to minimize import, mitigate the poor soil conditions as well as overall cost savings.  The project also included a public road extension, frontage improvements and wetland mitigation and enhancement.
