Lipoma Communities, Phase I

This project involved over 46,000 cubic yards of stripping, 196,000 cubic yards of cut to fill, and 42,000 lineal feet of utilities, including working around live utilities on site.

JR Hayes was able to use existing on-site material to help with the overall earthwork balance.  This allowed us to prepare the 53-acre home building site, designed for 339 lots, on-time and on-budget with no safety incidents.
