To accommodate winter construction for the facility, this 25-acre site was completed in conjunction with the 188^th road improvements. The project included 100,000 cubic yards of cut to fill, detention facility, segmental block MSE walls, site grading, utilities and surface improvements for the 232,000 SF state of the art distribution facility!
