188th Taylor Union Hill Road Improvements

This nearly 1-mile extension of 188^th Ave NE, provided a connection to SR 202 and NE Novelty Hill road and provided enhanced commercial access for both Federal Express distribution, Costco and Cadman Sand & Gravel.

The project included complete grading, utilities, surface improvements, lightning and landscaping to meet the City of Redmond standards including a regional detention facility for the project as well as adjoining properties.
