Oak Tree Preserve, Phase 1

Oak Tree Preserve, Phase I consists of 46.7 acres of clearing and a 6.5-acre infiltration pond.  This project involved over 86,000 cubic yards of stripping, 160,000 cubic yards of cut to fill, 11,000 lineal feet of utilities, 360,000 SF of asphalt, and 22,000 LF of concrete curb and gutter.

During the 8-month deadline we were faced with many challenges – record rainfall, and extreme weather conditions – but our experience allowed us to remain on task without delays or injuries.
