Talus 7, 8, & 9

Located at the top of the Talus, and active Master Planned Community, this 153-lot residential subdivision on 34 acres presented many unique challenges.  With over 500 vertical feet of elevation change over the site, the steep terrain required extensive regrading including the installation of 28,000 SF of soil nail walls and 72,000 SF of MSE walls, reaching 40’ in height.

The project also required the installation of a new water booster pump station and a new 300,000 gallon water reservoir.  In addition, we completed the installation of a community park, 3 community open space / play areas and community trail enhancements.
