An extremely aggressive delivery schedule required J.R. Hayes to complete the clearing and a total of 290,000 cubic yards of stripping and cut to fill and deliver the 1 million SF building pad ready for construction in 30 days.  Mission Accomplished!

Completed the remaining earthwork for the 60-acre development, including site utilities, foundation and pad prep, access roads, and over 15 acres of truck courts and parking facilities.
