We needed to carve out enough earth to accommodate the building of an epic-size development

To accomplish this, we exported 700,000 yards of soil to make way for 300,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, 3,200 vehicle underground parking for Schnitzer Northwest, two office towers and condominiums.
